About Virtural PBX

Advancements in the field of VoIP and PBX systems have led to the development and implementation of Virtual PBX systems in business environments. With Virtual PBX (or also known as Hosted PBX), you can avoid the costly initial purchase of a PBX system as was the case with traditional, analog PBX systems. You also gain the freedom to have extensions in different physical locations, an option that was difficult, and at times nonexistent with traditional PBX. With Virtual PBX, it doesn’t matter if your offices are in different locations, or even different countries. Even if your company has offices in U.S.A., Canada, and South Korea, all your extensions (phones) can function as if they were in one physical location, along with all the functionalities that come with PBX systems (call forwarding, call transfer, voicemail, call parking, etc.)
When choosing Virtual PBX with PhonicView, you would first choose a Business Plan (1200 Min Plan, 2000 Min Plan, or 4000 Min Plan). Next, you would choose the number of extensions that you wish place in your office. At an affordable cost of $19.95/month for each extension, Virtual PBX system is an easy choice to make over traditional PBX systems.

Advantages of Virtural PBX

With PhonicView Virtual PBX, you could save up to an astounding 50% on your phone bill compared to AT&T. Of course, you do need to have Internet access in your office as Virtual PBX uses VoIP technology to transport voice data.
With our Virtual PBX, you can:
-Have different public phone numbers for different locations, but the extensions can still dial, transfer, forward, phone calls as if they were unified under one public telephone number.
-Utilize CALL QUEUE and have multiple extensions ring for incoming phone calls.
-Setup TIME FRAMES so that phone calls can be routed to an office in New York or to an office in Los Angeles depending on the time the call placed.
-Have customized IVR recording for your company, with custom option choices for your customer or client calls.
-Transfer your existing phone number to PhonicView.
-Receive notifications through e-mail when voicemail message is left on your extension.
These functionalities, and a host of other options, such as call forwarding, call transfer, DND, blind call transfer, make PhonicView Virtual PBX a must have call system within any business setting.
