With PhonicView, you can place calls from the U.S. to South Korea, and also to any number in the U.S., including Canada. The method to place phone calls when using VoIP Gateway or cell phone is explained below:
When Calling from Home or Business:
Area Code + Phone Number + #
Ex.) Seoul, South Korea: 02 + 123 + 4567 + #
South Korea Cell Phone: 010 + 1234 + 5678 + #
001 or country code (ex. 82) does not need to be dialed.
When Calling through your Cell Phone
Dial our Access Point (650-475-9000) from your cell phone. The dialing method is the same as above once you hear the voice recording.
Click on the Login tab. Under User ID, enter your 070 telephone number. Under Password, enter change. Once you are logged in, you can proceed to change your password. You can also click onĀ CUSTOMER LOGIN to take you to the Login page.

PhonicView services are prepaid. The credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) that you order your service with is the credit card that we will use to charge your monthly fee unless another credit card is given to us. Our customers are charged on the 1st of every month.
Our customers can change their Plan anytime. The new Service Plan will take effective on the 1st of the following month.
You can order U.S. telephone numbers with the desired area code. We can also port over your existing telephone number (DID) from your current telephone service provider.
No, incoming calls are unlimited for both calls to your U.S. and/or Korea telephone number. Also, when friends and family call your Korea (070) telephone number from South Korea, they will be charged a local call rate from their carrier.
When you exceed the Minutes included in your plan, you will be charged on a per minute basis. For more details on calling rates, click on the link RATES.
